Established more than 26 years ago, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa, Tbk. (The “Company”) started its business from cattle fattening. The business has grown rapidly since then, venturing continuously in consumer goods and agricultural commodities businesses. The company expanded its cattle farm and feed mill, then built its own cattle abattoir to supply Indonesia’s meat demand. Subsequently, it launched its commodity business, consisting of rice mill and warehouses and entered the vertically integrated poultry business.

Currently, the company engages in five business lines, through its subsidiaries :

• PT Pasir Tengah – Livestock as Integrated Cattle Farm
• PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk – Poultry as Integrated Poultry Farm
• PT Cianjur Arta Makmur – Meat Processing as Meat Based Food Producers
• PT Widodofood Makmur Sejahtera – Commodity as Agriculture Commodities Trading & Plantation
• PT Langgeng Makmur Perkasa – Construction & Energy as Group Support of Construction and Renewable Energy

The Company currently has become the largest integrated cattle farm in Indonesia, in terms of herd and slaughterhouse capacity

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Management
• Excellent Effective Communication Skill (both verbal and written)
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in the same position
• Demonstrate highest level of work ethics
• Excellent English Skill (both speaking and writing)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill
• Learn quickly
• Expertise preferred in operating technologies

Job Descriptions :

• Carry out internal and external planning, corporate & marketing communication strategies to build brand awareness and brand loyalty
• To draft material that is needed for executive management press releases and speeches in order to effectively support publications of the company.
• Updating and analysing news and potential news that will appear and give a negative impact to company image and draft counter publication to ensure delivering information runs effectively.
• Give feedback to sponsorship, cooperation proposals and letters in and out and follow up to outside parties so that the proposal can be responded to immediately.
• Write and prepare information for media analysis or news summaries periodically to distribute to the Director as a continuation of the media monitoring.
• Coordinating with internal company related to media visits to the company in order to support the delivery of effective information
• Coordinating, organizing events including press conference, breaking fast, media scheduling media visit, press tour, talk show, media workshop, media box, sport exhibition, Public Expose, CSR and other expo so the event will be held effectively.
• Record all equipment (souvenirs, presentation materials, publicity brochures, company profile, video profile, etc) and ensure all equipment is ready in good condition and quality.
• To build and maintain good relationships with the public and media in order to public and media support company activities.
• Fostering and encouraging good and trusting internal relationships through frequent communication with counterparts in Widodo Makmur Perkasa and subsidiaries to ensure good internal disclosures and to help Widodo Makmur Perkasa conveying accurate and compelling messages.
