JOB DESC PEKERJAAN

Job Desription:

1. Managing operational aspect from all iron ore supply chain and iron ore shipment activity from all loading port
2. Manage day by day Operation Unloading at Port (Jetty – Stockpile – Conveyor stacker reclaimer)
3. Create shipment simulation, executing and analyze all of shipment plan from all loading port
4. Monitoring and analyze inventory of iron ore at Rom , stockpile , jetty and barge until mother vessel
5. Sourcing, negotiating and appointing all of vendor related shipment activity such as tug and barge supplier, stevedore and ships agency
6. Negotiating rate and terms of payment to all transshipment vendor
7. Review and confirm contract agreement between company and vendor
8. Coordination with production dept and port operation to ensure cargo readiness
9. monitoring and making estimation slot for ships loading and unloading
10. Planning and scheduling for own ships bunkering activity
11. Review and Analysis Fleets Fuel Consumption Performance daily , weekly and monthly
12. Review and monitoring payment of invoice from all vendor
13. Review and Analysis operation of own tug and barge utilization;
14. Review all of shipment activity performance
15. Review specification and joining on condition survey of ships candidate for charter
16. Review performance of ships chartered
17. Plan and Control Realisation Budgeting Port Operation
18. Cordination with finance dept for make sure all payment for operational matter
19. Survey for project feasibility from marine operation and safety aspect if needed
20. Project Improvement facility
21. Maintain good relationship with, port authority, and related government agencies – Other Company For Implementation safety
22. Cordination with finance dept for make sure all payment for operational matter
23. Survey for project feasibility from marine operation and safety aspect if needed collaborate with other depts to make budgets for new projects project

 Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Experience > 5 years in relevant functions in mining industry with POP certification or relevant certificate concerning port & stock management or shipping management will be much preferable.
